Lanzamiento del libro 7 Reglas de oro para el Crecimiento Empresarial

El pasado viernes 15 de diciembre se realizó el lanzamiento del libro 7 Reglas de oro para el Crecimiento Empresarial, por el autor Alvaro Diaz. Incluimos aquí un Facebook Live del evento, y con el permiso del autor, un resumen de los puntos más importantes del libro:

Si quiere darle a su empresa la oportunidad de ser una más de las que mantiene vigencia en el mundo empresarial, mostrar su nivel organizacional y proyectarse como una de esas grandes, cuenta fundamentalmente la ACCION.

Las personas que saben cuándo, cómo, dónde y con qué empezar nuevas empresas, son potencial de crecimiento; cuando además se tiene la capacidad de llevar una carrera empresarial y de enfrentar las variaciones del ambiente económico y social, es eso a lo que podemos llamar CULTURA EMPRESARIAL.

Regla 1: LA EFECTIVIDAD

Ser eficiente es el grado de aprovechamiento de cada unidad del recurso. La eficacia es la capacidad de realización de una actividad en un tiempo límite programado. La efectividad es el promedio de la resultante de las dos variables: eficacia + eficiencia.

La eficiencia y la eficacia deben darse y ser objeto de medición en los tres procesos fundamentales de toda organización: Producción, Administración y Comercialización.

Todo lo que se haga fuera de la planeación, serán gastos mas no inversiones. Una excelente planeación, siempre dará resultados altamente positivos y porcentajes altos de efectividad.

Las improntas son el sello de calidad empresarial, personal, profesional, familiar y social con el que nos identificamos en cada una de las actividades que realicemos en nuestro entorno.

La madiocridad nunca dará alta efectividad.

Regla 2: INNOVACION

Innovar, es la capacidad de formular, diseñar, rediseñar o crear, procesos, productos, o servicios, que mejoren la calidad de los ya existentes, reduzcan los tiempos de respuesta, den mayor satisfacción al cliente, mejoren la relación costo – beneficio al cliente y traigan rendimientos económicos a la compañía.

La innovación tecnológica ha generado un gran impacto social, lo que ha permitido un desplazamiento en el empleo, presentándose una inmensa baja en la ocupación de mano de obra. +

Esta variable es VITAL para la supervivencia de toda empresa, pues desconocerla, es asegurar la caída y ponerle a su empresa como a todo producto perecedero, una fecha muy corta de vencimiento, como le ocurrió a Kodak, BLOCKBUSTER, y tantas otras.

Haga cambios estructurales que el cliente los note y causen admiración y expectativa por conocerlos, estos son indiscutiblemente un gran motor de un crecimiento constante.

La innovación es imprescindible en toda organización. Solo es posible a través del talento humano.

+ Se ha desplazado mano de obra menos calificada y se han generado nuevos puestos de mano de obra calificada.

Regla 3: ORGANIZACION

El 65% de los decesos empresariales, se dan por falta de organización. Organizar es ordenar, priorizar, optimizar, utilizar, disponer, establecer, adecuadamente; normas, patrones, elementos, dentro de una actividad, dándole una ubicación secuencial, con lo cual se mejora y se facilita una acción.

La carencia de organización y del establecimiento de un manual de funciones, es ya el inicio de un caos y muestra la falta de un líder.

La organización, es la correlación entre las diferentes estructuras que forman parte de un proceso; permite distribuir funciones, tareas y recursos.

Dentro de la organización, se permite desarrollar la productividad y competitividad a partir de la implementación del sistema de Equipos de Alto Impacto (EAI), la formación de líderes motivados para el servicio y la gerencia por procesos. Se debe aplicar el PENSAMIENTO ESTRATEGICO para crear una cultura de mejoramiento Continuo de la productividad, a través de la transferencia de sistemas de calidad, visión global de la calidad, motivando al análisis de procesos, la estandarización de los mismos y la aplicación de metodologías de solución de problemas (cuellos de botella). Construir y desarrollar estrategias para la incorporación de un conjunto de valores compartidos y validados para el equipo humano, como punto de partida para la construcción de una cultura del servicio.

En cada organización se debe tener claramente definido, un plan táctico por cargo, que contemple el área clave de responsabilidad, los objetivos, los indicadores de gestión, el proceso y los niveles de autonomía y jerarquía. La organización es la columna vertebral de la empresa.

Regla 4: EXIGENTE

La exigencia es el derecho a reclamar el cumplimiento de una obligación, producto de un compromiso previo.

Vincular personas comprometidas es una de las tareas más difíciles, porque en la entrevista de ingreso, todos manifiestan su interés por pertenecer a la compañía y estar dispuestos a entregar todos sus conocimientos al crecimiento de ella; pero cuando se trata de conformar un buen equipo de trabajo muchos de ellos no ponen su empeño ni generan las aptitudes manifestadas en la entrevista.

Si queremos que exista un compromiso patrón – obrero, se deben dar las herramientas para que esto suceda, hacer inversiones en capacitaciones y motivaciones.

Las dos razones de mayor peso por las que se pierden los clientes son: Mala calidad del producto (35%), mal servicio (53%).

El vehículo de la transformación cultural es un colaborador comprometido.

Solo hay algo peor que formar a sus empleados y que se vayan… no formarlos y que se queden. Henry Ford.

Regla 5: VISIONARIA

Ser visionario es ubicar oportunidades donde otros solo ven problemas.

La mejor forma de comunicar la visión es pintándola con palabras sencillas y perceptivas, para lograr ENTUSIASMO.

No podemos concebir visionar un crecimiento empresarial dejando de lado la vinculación de la tecnología a las organizaciones y a los mercados que de ella se gestan.

Cinco disciplinas para la excelencia en el mundo empresarial de hoy: Tener una visión compartida (sueños e ideales). Modificar modelos mentales (cambios de paradigmas y hábitos para alcanzar la excelencia). Aprendizaje en equipo (sinergia, equipos primarios, equipos de mejoramiento, equipos auto dirigidos, equipos familiares). Dar un enfoque sistémico (desarrollo integral y visión compartida). Personal con Calidad Humana (Entusiasmo, Superación, Tenacidad, Aceptación, Reflexión, Amor por lo que se hace, Humildad, Imaginación).

Utilizar la Inteligencia Colectiva para solucionar fallas.

Una visión sin acción, es simplemente un sueño; un sueño puesto en práctica, puede cambiar el mundo. El pensamiento estratégico es la ruta para que la visión se vuelva acción.

Regla 6: RESPONSABLE

Responsabilidad es dar cumplimiento a un compromiso adquirido, es ser consciente de sus obligaciones y actuar conforme a ellas.

La responsabilidad implica que se deben desarrollar con ética, calidad y profesionalismo, todas y cada una de las tareas encomendadas.

Una de las irresponsabilidades que cometen muchas empresas, es no dedicar parte de sus rendimientos al fortalecimiento de su actividad o de su objetivo principal.

Una cadena es tan fuerte como su eslabón más débil. Las nuevas armas que conquistan al mundo son: Calidad total, Cero errores, Justo a tiempo, Satisfacción plena, Servicio con valor agregado y precios bajos.

Para construir la excelencia se requiere ser responsable y vivir una consigna de valores.

Regla 7: PARTICIPATIVA Y CALIDAD DE VIDA

Cuando al empleado se le hace partícipe de los beneficios, producto de la actividad empresarial, se le retribuye su entrega al servicio de la compañía, se le mejoran sus condiciones de vida, se le valoran sus aportes laborales y se le hace partícipe del crecimiento empresarial, con seguridad será un empleado motivado, entregado, comprometido, será el primero en llegar y el último en salir y velará cada accionar de la organización, cuidando siempre que se mantengan normas rectoras de calidad y servicio y un incremento constante en el número de clientes satisfechos.

Valore, respete y dignifique el empleado como persona; el fortalecimiento del espíritu fortalece también la actividad material del ser humano.

La gran mayoría de las empresas que fracasan, no es por culpa de sus empleados, sino por culpa de sus gerentes, quienes descuidan la parte más importante de la organización, el recurso humano.

Proponemos que se implemente este modelo de organización participativo, bien sea accionario o de utilidades o rendimientos empresariales; con lo cual podrán gestarse modelos de alto impacto.

El trabajo de motivación que se desarrolla en equipos de ALTO IMPACTO, es un llamado a la perseverancia a continuar hasta alcanzar lo anhelado. Se requiere algo más que las contribuciones individuales para triunfar; que requieren valor para que todos triunfen juntos. La lección más importante que todo equipo de ALTO IMPACTO debe aprender es LA HUMILDAD.

El éxito de cualquier organización, está asociado con las relaciones existentes entre el grupo empresarial.

Rule 1: EFFECTIVENESS

This variable is VITAL for the survival of any company, because to ignore it, is to ensure the fall and put your company like any perishable product, a very short expiration date, as happened to Kodak, BLOCKBUSTER, and many others.

Rule 3: ORGANIZATION

Build and develop strategies for the incorporation of a set of values ​​shared and validated for the human team, as a starting point for the construction of a culture of service.

In each organization, a tactical plan by position must be clearly defined, which includes the key area of ​​responsibility, the objectives, the management indicators, the process and the levels of autonomy and hierarchy. The organization is the backbone of the company.

Rule 4: DEMANDING

The demanding is the right to claim the fulfillment of an obligation, product of a prior commitment.

Linking committed people is one of the most difficult tasks, because in the hiring interview, all people show their interest in belonging to the company and be willing to give all their knowledge to the growth of it; but when it comes to forming a good work team many of them do not put their effort or generate the skills expressed in the interview.

Use Collective Intelligence to solve faults.

A vision without action is simply a dream; A dream put into practice, can change the world. Strategic thinking is the route for vision to become action.

Rule 6: RESPONSIBLE

Responsibility is to fulfill an acquired commitment, is to be aware of our obligations and act in accordance with them.

Responsibility implies that each and every one of the tasks entrusted must be developed with ethics, quality and professionalism.

One of the irresponsibility that many companies commit is not to dedicate part of their income to the strengthening of their activity or their main objective.

A chain is as strong as its weakest link. The new weapons that conquer the world are: Total quality, Zero errors, Just in time, Satisfaction, Service with added value and low prices.

To build excellence requires being responsible and living a slogan of values.

Rule 7: PARTICIPATORY AND QUALITY OF LIFE

When the employee is made a participant of the benefits, product of the business activity, his / her service is reimbursed to the service of the company, his / her living conditions are improved, his / her labor contributions are valued and he is made a participant in the business growth , it is sure to be a motivated employee, committed, will be the first to arrive and the last to leave and will watch every action of the organization, always taking care that standards of quality and service are maintained and a constant increase in the number of clients. satisfied.

Value, respect and dignify the employee as a person; the strengthening of the spirit also strengthens the material activity of the human being.
